How often do you change prices?

We run daily revenue management, prices are adjusted every day based on seasonality, demand, local events, and competition.

Who pays cleaning & linen?

We use fixed per-turnover packages for housekeeping and for linen/bedding. They’re re-invoiced to you.. On the guest side, cleaning can be shown as a separate fee or bundled into the total price, depending on the platform.

What happens if something breaks?

Small fixes are handled by us, typically within 24h (parts at cost with your approval). Larger works go through our trusted contractors with a quote; we coordinate everything.

Where do you operate and how quickly can you come?

Sagres • Vila do Bispo • Budens • Lagos. Same-day visit whenever possible; otherwise within 24h for minor issues.

Do you manage the listing under your professional account?

Yes. We run listings on our professional account for full control and performance. You get transparent reporting and calendar visibility.

How do payouts and reports work?

You receive a monthly statement with bookings, commission, pass-through packages (housekeeping & linen), and your net payout.

Can you help set up a new property (photos, staging, small works)?

Yes, optional home staging / light renovation and photography to launch strong, then we plug the listing into our turnkey management.
